What We Collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, business type, and message. If you use our quote tool, we also collect your email address and business details.
How We Use It & Our Legal Basis
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and deliver our services. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and preparing proposals, on contract where processing is needed to take steps before or during an engagement, and on legal obligation for records we are required to keep.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run our business — such as our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare), our email provider (Resend), and, where our quote tool uses AI assistance, an AI service provider — under confidentiality and only as needed to deliver our service.
Your Quote Tool & AI
Where our quote tool uses AI, it processes the business details you provide to produce an indicative estimate only. Final quotes are always reviewed and confirmed by a person — no decision affecting you is made by AI alone.
How Long We Keep It
We keep unsuccessful enquiries for up to 12 months, and client and project records for up to 6 years after the relationship ends to meet our tax and legal obligations. System-access credentials are kept only while needed for the work and removed once it is complete.
International Transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on applicable adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards to keep your data protected.
Cookies
We use only the essential technologies needed to run the site, plus basic analytics to understand visitor counts. We don’t use tracking or third-party advertising cookies. Where analytics require your consent we ask for it first; where an exception applies we give clear information and a simple way to opt out.
Data We Access During Engagements
For an audit, rescue, or build, you may give us access to your business systems (for example your CRM, automation tools, or hosting). We access only what’s needed to perform the work, use it solely for that purpose, and never sell or share it. Access is removed once the work is complete.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests or to direct marketing.
